TTS designs and supplies lightweight, corrosion-resistant aluminum dome roofs and flat covers for aboveground storage tanks. Our systems provide long service life, minimal maintenance and efficient installation without requiring extensive tank modification.

Internal Floating Roofs

TTS supplies pontoon-type and full-contact internal floating roofs designed to reduce product evaporation and emissions. Manufactured from aluminum or stainless steel, each system is engineered to meet the tank’s operating conditions and applicable international standards.

Roof Seal

Our primary and secondary sealing systems minimise vapour loss and help prevent rainwater and debris from entering the rim space. Each seal is designed to accommodate tank-shell irregularities and the operating movement of the floating roof.

Floating Suction Lines

& Oil Skimmers

Floating suction lines draw cleaner product from near the liquid surface, reducing the intake of water and settled contaminants. Floating oil skimmers efficiently recover oil from the surface while minimising the collection of water.

Roof Drain Systems

TTS supplies flexible and rigid roof drain systems that safely remove rainwater from external floating roofs. Each system is designed for reliable operation throughout the full vertical movement of the roof.
